General FAQ
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are at 3710 Williamson Way Bellingham, WA 98226
Q: What services do you offer?
A: We are a full service Pet Resort offering: Dog Boarding, Dog Daycare, Dog Grooming and Dog Training.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Q: Are you open on Holiday's?
A: Our Dog Boarding services are available for all holiday's. Daycare, Training, and Grooming services are not available for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve or New Years Day.
Daycare
Q: Do I need a reservation?
A: Daycare clients that are not on a subscription plan do need to have a pre-existing reservation or are subject to cancellation fees and same day appointment fees. If you are a daycare subscriber you do not need to have a reservation nor are you held to our cancellation policies.
Q: What vaccines do my dogs need to have in order to attend?
A: We require proof of current Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella.
Q: Does my dog need to do a temperament Test before they can go to daycare?
A: Yes. We will conduct a 4 hour temperament Test. If your dog passes or fails the test they can still stay for the entire day and it count's as their first day of daycare and its free!
Q: Do you have non-group play daycare?
A: Yes we offer what is called Personal Play where you dog is given their own personal play area and a personal daycare attendant to play with them.
Boarding
Q: Do I need a reservation?
A: Yes all clients need a pre-existing reservation in order to board their dog.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: If you cancel your reservation less than 24hrs prior you will be charged for the full amount of your pets stay.
Q: Can you give my dog medications?
A: Yes. Our staff is trained in all medication applications including injections.
Q: Where do the dogs sleep during their stay?
A: We have 30 full size dog runs with extra large orthopedic Kuranda beds. We have ten 9'x4' runs, ten 6'x4' runs and ten 4'x4' runs.
Q: Do you offer tours?
A: Yes you can come in for a tour any time during open hours.
Q: What do I need to bring with my dog for their stay?
A: You need to bring your dogs food in a sealable container and any medications that they might need during their stay.
Q: Do you offer a house food?
A: No. Switching a dogs food suddenly is dangerous and can several upset their digestive system. We will, however, go and get the food your dog eats if they run out or if you forget to bring it when you drop off your pet.
Q: Do you take people aggressive dogs and dog aggressive dogs?
A: Yes. We have trainers and behaviorist on staff that can handle dogs of all temperaments.
Q: Do you have staff on premises over night?
A: Yes.
Grooming
Q: What grooming services do you provide?
A: From soothing baths and blow-outs to breed-specific cuts, de-shedding, and nail trims. We have a full service grooming salon.
Q: How does pricing work?
A: Prices are based on dog size by weight. You can view the pricing list by size on our grooming page.
Training
Q: What is your training method/style?
A: Balanced training—positive reinforcement combined with gentle, effective tools (e.g., Mini-Educator E-Collars) tailored to each dog.
Q: Do you train dogs with sever behavioral issues?
A: Yes, all of our trainers specialize in Behavior Modification.
